Every Sunday I Organize free yoga class moment, this is between 45 min and an hour of yoga specificly focused on realising the stress in the body.This is not an intense yoga class what makes it perfect fot beginners or for someone who would like an stress releasing moment at the end of there week. This classes take place in 2 places depending on the week. Some weeks this will be in Turia park close too Oceano graphic, other weeks there wil be rooftop yoga next too puerto de Valencia. This wil be weekly updated on the instagram page.

In yoga and meditation one on one I'm providing personalised guided meditation, energy cleansing and yoga session to your needs.
Here I'll help you with achieving certain poses , make a yoga routine sepcialized too your needs with an guided meditation and energy cleaning afterwards.
This with an essence of your choice and a meditation for unblocking your chakra’s
You can interpretate this as a moment based fully on what you need to regulate yourself and the energy within you.
This is something I can do for you on a weekly basis or as a once in a while thing.
Well have a conversation before talking about the things you would like too achieve and where you feel that you have the most stress or unregulated energy.
The 4 basic elements of yoga
breathing has become an on subconscious thing, we forget it’s the start of our day and the beginning of our being. The rhythm of our breath changes along how intens it is what we are doing, but it doesn’t stop. It’s a natural and physical continuation. That’s why we often forget to stop for a sec and do it consciously, feeling it physically go trough our bodies. Making ourselves present in the moment. We can’t take back a breath from the past or plan one in the future, but we can take one now. Looking where you stand in live, simply being present in the moment by doing something as simple as conscious taking a breath.
Stretching
stretching the body is really necessary with the lives we live now, constantly on the move but not really moving. With the exception of the fact that we constantly need move to be somewhere nowadays ,we sit an awful lot. Our body’s , mind’s and soul’s require some kind of physical movement focusing on bettering the body to function properly. Just as we need to breath we need to move, that’s why in yoga we combine this too things. The flow of our breath with the movement of the body taking up space. Being as conscious in body as in mind. Feeling that we really are both mind and body.
Flexibility
It doesn’t matter if you practice yoga for calming down your nerves system and to take a moment to come to yourself or for the gain of flexibility and strength, there is nothing as reliving in the world as being able to move freely inside your own body. Taking away the physical boundaries of our self’s and move how we wish to move, there is a kind of magic in that. Not only is it nice to be flexible ,it gains you a lot of ease trough everyday life. By practicing your flexibility you take away little nagging pains trough the body, it doesn’t need to nag you cause it had the movement it required. Balance
As imported it is in yoga it is just as important in live, balance is the harmony that brings the bad to its good. The learning of handeling things you didn’t now how to got trough by finding a point of stability and start moving from there. If it’s by balancing on one leg in yoga or finding where your stability point is in life, it’s never easy but always worth it. By learning balance with the physical body and practicing the use of focusing the mind and strength tho stand in a point where it first looked really unusual to be wil help you to do the exact same thing in every day life.

The combination of this 4 elements is what makes yoga, yoga. It’s far more then listening to relaxing music and stand in odd posses. It’s a conscious practice of connecting mind, body and soul. It’s bringing peace in to ourselves. In every day life it helps you with reminding to take a breath when it’s going a little too fast or finding a balance in the extremes society expects from us. meditation
the word meditation we all know it, some swear by it others think it’s useless and frustrating. If you’re a little spiritual like me you definitely tried it, failed a couple times tried again just to get frustrated and quit.
Or you finally reached that state where you feel a kind of out of body experience or even saw someone’s or your own aura, But then you realized it and it was gone in a sec.
It’s supper normal, and learning this is not easy tbh in my opinion it’s one of the most difficult thing I ever learned…That’s why I want to help you, guided meditation focusing on the voice of someone else really can disconnect you from your own thoughts and get you in this state where you finally can reflect.
